I couldn't enjoy this. This is music for sure, but it feels like an eery ambient theme then it does an Easy Listening song. Perhaps try labeling it as "Other - Experimental". I know how hard it is to convey musical ideas and concepts from your head and onto the canvas, so I do appreciate that in this song. However, I failed to sense a... melodic or compelling theme. Perhaps I'm not "feeling it Mr. Krabs". I'll check your other works though.

ChadWiggy responds:

For sure. I only posted this version because for some reason it was receiving positive attention on SoundCloud. Weird I thought, but there it is. Guess I should post the original 2 versions, huh?

I have this on repeat. Y'all's dialect make this song too. It takes courage to publish a white boy rap :)

JBeat2k9 responds:

Hahaha yeah dude! Thank you for your comment and rating!

We made this in 2007, but we put it online in 2009!

I can't believe people are still finding it! xD

This is a lovely theme and it progresses nicely :) The piano arpeggios were a great ornament too. Personally, I'd wanna hear the piano play an F# Major chord just to resolve the song on home base again, but maybe leaving it on a C# expressed your idea better. Good job Dowon, thanks for sharing.

ItsSnikio responds:

Oh, thanks! and thanks for taking the time to listen :)

Really liked that Beethoven-esque minor shift right around four minutes or so. You're really good at this adaMills.

adaMills responds:

any comparison to B-man is too much, man! I can't hold a candle to the greats.....just try to emulate them.

I definitely hear the etude part of it all. Where was this recorded? The key changes were seamless. The fast arpeggios tho, I heard the fidget spinner inspiration there. Good work her.

adaMills responds:

it was recorded in my living room/kitchen! hah! i know i don't have the fanciest of recording studios, but i try my best with what i have. thank you for taking the time to listen! it really makes my day :)

This is fantastic. Ditto on what BlueOceans said. This song just keeps chugging along and you can hardly disambiguate when one phrase ends and another begins. This song flows with the wind I swear. Great work!

zybor responds:

Thanks for your response. Take care.

This is a classic repeating theme here. Good work!

zybor responds:

thanks bro

I really like the synth in the middle. That add flavor and intrigue to this piece that would've otherwise'd been sort of a lull. Good work here! What programs do you use if you don't mind me asking?

ADR3-N responds:

Mixcraft 7, Nexus, and maybe some Massive here. Thanks for the review!

Wow

I dod not think that mixcraft can do such. Awesome as well

dondrummer responds:
