So, I've got another diddy out for y'all. The concept is a song for viola and piano. Heard this melody upon awakening, so I just had to transcribe it. I thought of a violin at first, but decided to go with a viola since I wanted more lower notes in this song. I even went dissonant in the middle section since adaMills suggested Lowell Liebermann's work to me. Go viola! Thanks to Merlin Vienna sound font from conversion-tool.com, I got a somewhat discernible viola sound.

I haven't abadoned the flutes and sax project, I'm just writing other material in between to avoid cycling through trite and uninspired passages that'd make the album boring to listen to. More to come. Thanks for reading.
