Stop, I can't handle this much boogie-woogie.

Rachmoninoff would've heard this and thought to himself "meh, it's s'alright". The fact that this all is produced impulsively as an improvisation is what makes your recordings special. Sometimes I wonder... what would happen if adaMills decided to do an improv. and notate it into sheet music?

At first, this piece does sound like the ramblings of a college student taking Intro. to Musical Composition. Once it evolves, somewhere around 4mins., it starts to sound like a genuine expression of whatever it was you were going for; it really sounds not just like improv., but it sounds like thematic development. Good job as always adaMills.

adaMills responds:

Thank you for saying that Rachmaninoff would have liked this. I do like to....Rach on and off..........but anyways, i don't know if i could ever notate any of these. I just love to sit down and let it flow out of me...gotta love 'Chance' music.

A relentless chiptune in B-flat. This is catchy. Thanks for sharing adaMills :)

adaMills responds:

Don't forget about that direct modulation to D major! Thanks for listening!

I'm not DAW-savvy. What exactly does this plugin do? For example, if you had a simple MIDI melody or drum beat, how would this MIDI be transformed? Nonetheless, it sounds like you created something musically intriguing, and something for the DAW artists rocking freeware will love. Good for you I0TA!

zybor responds:

It's an effect manipulation plugin. You can create glitch, stutter, stereo, panning, phaser, pitch change, time stretch and IR manipulate, all can be generated on the fly. This would be the first plugin in the music industry that employs TenserFlow, machine learning code library to generate functions in real time.

I have been working on the project since Symphony of Chaos, over a year ago. This is going to be the ultimate project for sound design.

I'm pretty sure this is what whales think of when they're thinking of new ideas for their next EP. This to me is... ocean wavy... this is nice thanks for sharing LSD.

LucidShadowDreamer responds:

Thank you! Yeah, it's a bit out there, I suppose. I can defenitely hear the ocean vibe!

The Russian waltz/polka-esqe inspired backbeat you laid was pretty cool, but how you implemented the electronica elements was very creative. Good on you for making some fine music. Thanks for sharing.

I have to say ditto on All-Ears. Only you know what you felt when you wrote this, but this doesn't seem like a "First Date". More like, to me, reminiscing upon a grand 'ol memory. The VSTs are great though. It seems kinda hollow, this piece. Not every tune's a winner, maybe next time.

You're a fantastic artist and NG community member Bosa. However the nature of music means that sometimes an upload may be a hit-or-miss.

Bosa responds:

Understood, and thank you for this feedback!

Is this for a video game, or were you going for an original chiptune? This is pretty, thanks for sharing. C# minor never sounded so gitty.

adaMills responds:

i just write em how i hear em in my head. if someone wants to use it in a game, i'm cool with it...but if they just like to listen to it, that's cool too. i got some other ones in the works right now, so be on the watch!

I really like the motif that hit at 1:30-ish. 5:30ish I was getting sorta beethoven-esqe vibe then the G chord hit. Thankfully, by adding those high arpeggios and octaves and such. The way you finished was refreshing, and what would've otherwise felt like a blur now seems to tell a bit more refined a story just by that small change at the end. Thanks for sharing adaMIlls.

You'd be the one to know how to get F# major to fit into D & Bb major. Doesn't flow quite the way some of your earlier works but of course this is still and excellent display of improv. 15 Hisokas out of 16 Neferpitous powers.

I used to animate flash cartoons as a teen, but now I compose contemporary orchestral and classical music. Instruments I Play Guitar, Ukulele, and Clarinet/Bass Clarinet.
